What a delight it was working with Anita and Michael. From one experienced Realtor to another, you were both fabulous. This home on Sparkling Drive was meant for my clients. Hi just wanted to say from the moment I talked to Michael and Anita I felt comfortable with picking them to help sale my house. It wasn't an easy decision for me but they made me feel comfortable about it with no pressure. I felt confident in everything they told me from day one to the last day of closing. Michael and Anita were so amazing throughout the whole process of buying our home! They help with all questions, were super quick to respond and just made the purchase of our home a great experience! When we found out, last minute, that there were issues with our home insurance, Michael and Anita fixed it within an hour so that closing wasn't delayed. Anita and Michael are absolutely fantastic to work with. They guided us through the selling and buying process. They had an open line of communication with us and kept us involved every step of the way. They priced our home appropriately for the market and were able to get multiple bids, all over asking price. They were diligent and helped us secure the house of our dreams (even though it wasn't active on the market). They made a stressful escrow process, less stressful and made sure our needs and concerns felt heard and understood. I don't know if we will ever buy/sell again, but if we do, we can't wait to work with Team Marchena again! Not only are they our go to realtors but they have became apart of our family. Four years later, we decided to sell and make our move back to Redding so Michael helped us with the sell. He did an awesome job showcasing our home for the internet. Being young first time home buyers my husband and I were not sure where to start. We were told to get ahold of Michael and that was our best decision. He answered every question we had and was very flexible and responsive if we wanted to see a house. We bought our home in 2015 and not only did Michael and Anita become our forever real estate team but they became our forever friends as well. 5 years later.. Michael and his wife Anita are the official dream team. We called them wanting to sell our home and within weeks we had it up for sale and in within 3 days on the market we had over 36 showings and about 10+ offers. Throughout the chaos of a worldwide pandemic Michael and his team did their magic and got us into escrow for 20k over asking. They made it such a smooth process and we were able to sit back and trust in them. This was the second time using the marchena home team as they were our original realtors when we found this house.
