Marchena Home Team wants everyone to be able to use MarchenaHomeTeam.com, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our accessibility standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target standard. WCAG is the internationally recognized guideline for making web content easier to use for people with disabilities.
We build and review toward that standard, but we have not completed a formal third-party audit, so we do not claim that every page fully conforms today. Where we know something falls short, we work to fix it.
An ongoing effort
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We check pages as we build and update them, and we correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us. Parts of this site rely on third-party tools, including our property search, and we raise accessibility problems with those vendors when we find them.
