A Temecula Neighborhood Tradition
Every year, Crowne Hill and California Tradewinds come together for a community-wide garage sale — a long-running neighborhood tradition in Temecula. Dozens of households participate on the same morning, giving shoppers one easy route for great finds while residents get a simple way to clear out, declutter, and connect with neighbors. The Marchena Home Team sponsors and helps promote the event each year.
October 17 Garage Sale
Registration is now open for the Crowne Hill & California Tradewinds Community Garage Sale. Residents can sign up to participate, and everyone is welcome to shop the sale on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
Participating homes will be listed on Yard Sale Treasure Map. Registered addresses will be visible in the app from October 11 through October 18, 2026.
How the Community Garage Sale Works
A single-morning, neighborhood-wide event where residents sell from their own homes and shoppers can visit dozens of participating homes in one trip.
